So today is Day Five of our Free AI Course for Beginners. And whatever chapters we've covered so far, they were all theoretical. We understood the theory of how things work — what AI is, how it works, what LLMs are, machine learning, prompt engineering — we understood all of this in theory. And from today, our practical lessons start, where we'll learn to actually run different AI tools. And today we're going to learn how to use the most popular AI tool — ChatGPT.

Welcome to Day Five of the Free AI Course for Beginners. So up till now we've understood all the theory, and now it's time for practicals. Because until we actually do it hands-on, these things won't really sink in properly. So now we're going to use these AI tools practically so that our understanding increases even more and this AI stuff becomes even clearer to us.

So first, let's start with ChatGPT. You've all heard the name ChatGPT, and for those who haven't, let me tell you. Whenever we need to search something on the internet, what did we mostly do before? We used Google. We still use Google. We can search anything on Google. And this is the difference between ChatGPT and Google — you want to find something, you search on Google, it gives you different links, and then you have to go into those links and dig out the information yourself.

But with ChatGPT, what's different? Inside ChatGPT, whatever you need, just simply type your prompt and ChatGPT will give you all the information right there. You don't have to go search on some other website yourself. You'll get everything right there on ChatGPT itself.

And this ChatGPT is extremely helpful. If you study, and you have a doubt in some topic, you can ask ChatGPT. You can brainstorm your ideas here. You can even get ChatGPT to write things for you — you need to write on some topic, you need to practice coding, it'll assist you everywhere. If some text is in a different language, you can get it translated here too. If you have a huge chunk of text, you can get it summarized so it becomes short and you can understand it quickly. Basically, there are so many ways this ChatGPT can help us.

So let's do it practically. Let's start by opening ChatGPT — we'll search "ChatGPT" on Google. Okay? So here, look, at number two we're getting the chatgpt.com link. Let's open this. So, this is how ChatGPT will open up in front of us.

So the first thing to do is log in with your ID. It says "Log In" here. If you're coming for the first time, you can sign up too — it's free to sign up. So let's log in — from here you can log in with your Gmail ID, phone number, or email address. I'll log in with my Gmail ID. And there — our ChatGPT has opened. It looks very simple. There's a text box where we'll type our prompts. On the side, there's a voice command option too — if you want to search by speaking, you can give your prompt by speaking there. And this plus button here — if you want to upload some photo or files and ask something based on that, you can upload it from here. And there are some more options on the side too.

So from here, let's start using ChatGPT. First, let's get ChatGPT to create a vegetarian meal plan — a seven-day vegetarian meal plan, and we'll also tell it to give easy recipes. So first, let's give it a role — "Act as a nutrition coach, create a protein-rich vegetarian weekly meal plan for an Indian college student." And here we'll also mention a bit that he works out and stays in college till afternoon. "Who workouts for one hour in the evening and in the morning." So basically we need to give it full detail so that we get a better result. "He is in college from 9 AM to 3 PM." And after that, mentioning height and weight is also important — "He's 5 feet 10 inches tall and 60 kg weight." And he wants to gain weight too — "And he wants to gain weight."

And in this prompt, notice — we gave it a role, what it should be, and we also gave full details here. Now here, see this arrow button — this means "generate." And when we click on this, watch — like I told you — it'll understand the pattern and then, word by word, figure out what word comes next, then what word comes after that. That's how it'll reply to us. As soon as I click generate on this — see, it's replying word by word, exactly like I told you. And look how nicely it's designed this entire meal plan. It looks so good too.

So look, it's completely prepared the whole weekly meal plan — what's the daily structure. Breakfast at 7:30, then a small snack at college around 11, then lunch at home at 3:30. This way it's made a complete plan right up to bedtime. In the morning, what to eat for breakfast — two besan cheelas with paneer inside. Then also drink a glass of milk. How much protein will that give — 28 grams of protein too. How nicely it's given us the full plan in complete detail, man. The entire meal plan.

You can imagine — if you had to get this made by a nutritionist, how much would they charge? Though I'm not saying don't go to a nutritionist — you should definitely go. But you can also take help from ChatGPT. Now if you like this meal plan, you can even get it downloaded. Just tell it. So now below I'll say again — "Provide me with the PDF download link, I want to download it." And click on the arrow and generate. So look, it gave me this link — this blue colored one, "Download File." I click on this. And it's downloaded. Now let's open it. And look, this PDF has come to me, downloaded. The whole meal plan is ready. How easy it made this.

Now if you want to ask more things related to this — like it's written here that you should eat curd before bed, but you don't feel like eating curd at night, you want some other options. So here, simply type below. You don't need to write the whole thing again like "act as a nutritionist coach." You don't need to write all that again. Now whatever you want to change, you can directly tell it. Like here I'll write — "Provide me with other before-bed options as I don't like to eat curd before bed" — meaning I don't like curd at night, give me some other option, bro — and click generate. So look, it gave us more options just for before bed — what else you can have — like warm milk, paneer, peanut butter, roasted chana, almonds, makhana — it gave 10 options, man. How helpful is this becoming for us.

And here I'd like to add one more thing — you can talk in Hindi here too, if you want. But if you want a better, more accurate response, you'll have to talk to it in English. It supports Hindi too, but for a better response you'll need to use English. If English feels difficult to you, if you don't know it, then please, I'd request you to take out a little time daily and definitely learn English. Nowadays you can learn from YouTube too — there are a lot of good videos there for learning English as well. So please learn English. Learn at least enough that you can easily talk with ChatGPT, so that ChatGPT gives you a good response. Basically, ChatGPT will be able to help you much better if your English is good.

Now, like nowadays a lot of people create content on Instagram, so let's create something for them too. So I go to New Chat — see, the New Chat button is here in the corner. Click on New Chat. And here I write — "Act as a professional script writer for Instagram reels." Okay? Okay. So we gave it a role — that you're a professional script writer for Instagram reels. "Give me 10 unique Instagram reel ideas." We're not going to get the script written straight away. First we'll ask for ideas, then whichever we like, we'll get the script written for that.

Now here we also need to tell it what kind of content we make. Like our content is about AI and tech, so we write — "For tech tips, phone hacks niche." So we've written the prompt telling it what it is and what we need from it. Okay. Now let's click on generate here. So look, it's giving us a response word by word. It gave 10 different topics. "Hidden button on your phone you never use." "Top 3 phone settings." "You're charging your battery wrong." "Stop scrolling to make your phone feel like a brand new phone."

So suppose I like the 5th and 6th topics, and I want it to write scripts on these. So what will I do? Below this I'll write — "I liked the 5th and 6th option, write me an Instagram reel script on these topics." Now how many seconds do you want — like my reels are usually around 30 seconds, so I write — "I make reels around 30 to 35 seconds." And which language do you want the script in — if you write it like this, it'll write it in English. I want it in a mix of English and Hindi — the words should be English but written in Hindi script. Let me show you — here I write "Write in Hinglish." Mixing English and Hindi. "Write in Hinglish." And one more thing we can mention here — that the hook line should be a little catchy — "Don't forget to add a catchy hook line" — and generate.

Alright, our scripts are getting ready. This is the first script — see this — but the words are English while written in Hindi script. See this. "Be honest — you've heard the name NFC but never used it in your life. Right? Now watch, your phone is literally going to become a magic wand." Look how accurately it's written the script. It's even mentioned all the steps — Step 1, you need to do this. Then Step 2, you need to do that. This is the hook line for the next, second script — first it gave the hook line, that the video will start like this — "Is your phone running slow?" — and after that, the main script is written below too. And then there's an outro too, it's written — "If you want more such fast and simple hacks, comment 'FAST' below."

Bro, it's doing an amazing job, yaar. Really solid stuff. You should definitely try this. And I'm definitely hoping that now you know how to run ChatGPT. You can use it on your phone too.
